NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION
BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOR THE MEAD WESTERN MEADOWS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mead Western Meadows Metropolitan District, Weld County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third (63rd) day before the election or thereafter there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 2, 2023, is hereby cancelled.
The following candidates are declared elected:

Vacancy Two-Year Term to 2025
Vacancy Two-Year Term to 2025

Notice of Vacancies
Pursuant to Section 32-1-802(2)(a)(I), C.R.S., notice is hereby given that four (4) vacancies exist on the Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Mead Western Meadows Metropolitan District (the "District"). One (1) Director may be appointed to each of the vacant positions of the Board to serve until the next regular election, which shall be held on May 6, 2025. Any interested elector of the District may file a letter of interest in such position by mail to the District at:
